This website, our services, and products do not provide medical advice. The content is for informational purposes only, to be used for vocational and avocational self-improvement, and as alternative or complementary treatment to licensed services.
Hypnotherapists, NLP ( Neuro linguistic Programming ), or Timeline Therapy Practitioners are not licensed as a physician or psychologist. Services and content are non-diagnostic and do not include the practice of medicine, neither should they be considered as a substitute for licensed medical or psychological services or procedures.

If you purchase a service or product related to weight loss and/or other health and fitness goals, you may be provided general nutritional advice and/or recommended published books, food guides and health and fitness publications. Services or products may consist of a program of mental conditioning, including a number of private sessions, group sessions or supported learning, depending on the client’s individual needs. These may be in person or delivered by video services.

We will, to the best of our ability, endeavor to assist visitors to our services and information, and clients in sessions to move toward and meet their objectives. While hypnotherapy, NLP ( Neuro linguistic Programming ), or Timeline Therapy may be effective techniques for many purposes, the effectiveness may vary from individual to individual, and no specific results or progress can be promised or guaranteed. For specific services we may explicity state in individual contracts or agreements issued by us, the scope of any specific guarantee offered.

Payments

All payments to us are non refundable unless we explicity state such in specific contracts, promotions, or website updates. We reserve the right to withdraw the offers at any time, or refuse to supply the products or service to specific people without reason.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel appointments or services and reschedule if required. Usually a minimum of 24 hours notice will be given. If your practitioner falls ill we will notify you. If it is Covid19 related we will inform you if relevant.
Clients with appointments must give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or some percentage of fees will be charged at our discretion. If clients fall ill with COVID19 they must not attend any in person appointments until cleared.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
